If you have not seen this, you have got to check it out. This is one seriously talented sixth grader. It is a draw-dropping performance.

I love the reaction of the blonde girl in the audience behind him. That is pretty much how I felt…just total amazement that I was hearing such vocal depth, passion, and talent from this sixth grader. WOW! Greyson, you will go VERY, VERY far and are truly EXTRAORDINARY!

I can’t even imagine as a sixth grader sitting there what it must have been like to hear this come out of a fellow classmate.

Miami Banker Leonard Abess Gives Money to Employees

There is nothing ordinary about what Leonard Abess did recently. I heard this story earlier this month and was so impressed with this man. In an age where employers care less and less about their employees, this man has made national headlines for caring. I can only guess how well he treats his employees or how hard they work for this man.

For those who have not heard the story, Mr. Abess took $60 million dollars from the sale of a majority stake and gave it to his employees…even some who no longer worked there.

Mr. Leonard Abess, you are EXTRAORDINARY! I hope your next move is to write a book on how to run a company and treat your employees. There are so many who could learn from you.
