I NEED to be thinking about this.  July is half way over.  This seems to happen every year.  It’s like we go from December to July, and then it’s December again.  I am always at a loss for what happens to all of the other months.

Christmas cards take planning and time.  There are outfits to coordinate, scheduling of everyone in the family, and you need to book with a photographer in time to get your pictures back for Christmas.

Many photographers now offer an option to purchase a digital file, so that you can design, print and send out your own Christmas cards.  All you need is your own card template to use.

As someone who usually ends up sending out her Christmas cards on Christmas Eve, I speak from my heart when I say it is NEVER too early to start thinking of Christmas.  Every year I say it will be different, but I don’t think I have EVER got them out early. But YOU can be different, and I will help you.  Those who can’t, help those who can.

Feel free to use this for your own Christmas cards.  Photographers feel free to use it for yourself or your clients.  Just please do not share or sale the template by itself to anyone. If you would like to share it with your friends, please give them the link to this post.

I am a professional photographer who lives and works from her heart. My goal is always and in everything to be better today than I was yesterday. I’m an ordinary person dealing with what I like to believe are ordinary issues, but in all the ordinary days, I want to live an extraordinary life. I am the mom to two grown sons, and there has been nothing I have loved more than being their mom and being home with them. And while you are always a mom, there is a certain part of that time in my life that is over now that they are grown. I miss hearing them play and having them with me all the time and having all their friends over, but it is time to move to the next stage of life or at least trying to figure out what that is. I am making a list of personal goals, connecting with friends, and still nesting even though the children are grown. I think I will always be a "nester". Home is where the heart is. I love home and love making it a healing place of peace and comfort.

   Thank you for your kind words! And, yes, this is my family! We had so much fun doing these, and the outtakes were hilarious! I love them just as much as I do the others!

   That is strange. It’s like the whole plugin that was managing that just disappeared. I will look into it and see if I can figure out what happened, and get it back up again.

   OK, they are back up. I still have no idea what happened. The download manager plugin and everything in the its folder was completely gone. I’m really thankful that I had a backup for it.

   Thank you so much for these templates! I was going bonkers because I had miscounted by one card when ordering our photo cards, and was heartbroken someone wouldnt get a card, I was able to use the 2nd template for the extra card and it turned out great! Not as great as with your lovely family of course, but better than anything I could have made!
