In an age where employers care less and less about their employees, this man has made national headlines for caring. I can only guess how well he treats his employees or how hard they work for this man.

For those who have not heard the story, Mr. Abess took $60 million dollars from the sale of a majority stake and gave it to his employees…even some who no longer worked there.

Mr. Leonard Abess, you are EXTRAORDINARY! I hope your next move is to write a book on how to run a company and treat your employees. There are so many who could learn from you.
